a friend of mine just bought a kimball hill home in the sacramento, ca area. what happens to her home warranty if they go bankrupt?

I have read about the article on the link you provided. I think housing policies are governed by suitable laws of state and in any way, the Kimball Hill Homes is obliged to do and provide what they have agreed in the contract.
