Does any one else consider this pay low?

I work in Charlotte, NC at a property management company. I work with closings, handle the phones and do a lot of admin work. I have a bachelor’s degree and they only pay me $13.00 and hour…. I think it is low! I don’t know many people who can pay their mortgage/rent, car payment, utilities, insurance, and all the other necessities on such a low salary. I am grateful I have a job but I can barely live!

Your degree doesn’t entitle you to automatic $25/hour work, if you think you can earn more, ask for a raise or get job hunting.
Honestly the work you describe sounds like $15-18/hour work to me, assuming you are busy all day and responsible for financial decisions.
If you are just filing, handling the phone, and doing office work without making decisions on your own, $13 might be about right.
