Property Managers – What property management software do you use?

Like Yardi or Onesite? I don’t do any of the accounting here, it’s all done in the home office, so I don’t need all the bells and whistles, but I need something thorough, easy , and quick. Trying to get some recommendations, or if you use one that you don’t like please let me know too. It’s a 278 unit property.

yardi and onesite work well. Like the other answer here, excel is an option. Of course it depends if you are taling commercial or residential. If you are looking at a solution for commercial office space tenants our website might help in our articles.
