I need a good laptop/notebook?

I’m going to do some traveling and I’ve decided to teach english along my way as a way to make some money and find some decent housing.
Any ideas on a laptop/notebook that is easily portable and will help with lesson plans, photos, and music?

I recommend Acer or Toshiba.

Specs you should look for:

AMD 64×2 (any speed) or Inten Dual Core processor (any speed)

1GB RAM (512 would be okay but if you ever want to get into
other stuff life making a website, photography,
music, etc…) you’ll be covered with 1GB RAM

Those are the two main things you need to look for. Any laptop that has the above specs will have good hardware software components so support it (so no need to cover other stuff like hard drive).

You can get an Acer or Toshiba for around ($500 – $600) at Best Buy, Circuit City, and Wal-Mart online.
