I have to design my dream home..?

I am using a plan from our family’s future house which never became built because of costs, builders who would attempt it etc.
This plan was also made into a 3D picture so I will use that.
Any ideas of where I should situate it however, or any extra things I could include. I will accept stupid answers as well

If you have an idea of what you want and it sounds like you do, you will have to take it to an architect to prepare the drawings and documents to get building permits.
