Cleveland Real Estate

What’s it like in Cleveland?
How’s the job market, crime, unemployment, schools??
Why is real estate so cheap?
The job market depends a lot on what you do for a living. Some foelds such as in the medical seem to be in demand everywhere. Truck drivers are in demand at times as well. Cleveland is a big city. Like all the rest there are high crime areas. A lot of people work in Cleveland but live in other cities away from Cleveland. I live east of Cleveland and the schools are better here. I would never consider sending my kids to any Cleveland school. Howland is an excellent school district but is about a 40 minute drive. Homes here are cheap because they never increased like those in other areas such as Florida and California. You can buy a really nice 3 or 4 bedroom home in our area for well under $100,000.00. I moved here from Florida and I am happy here.
