Complaint against Apartment property?
I live in an apartment complex that is managed by The Bethany Group (But its in Atlanta). I have so many complaints and asked the Apt. Manager for complaint information and she gave me a 866# that is busy ALL day long. I mean i called morning noon and night and everytime there is a busy tone. How do I get more information (valid info) if she is Refusing to give it to me and claims there is no place I can write. She won’t give me a Supervisor’s number or anything. How should I go about it? I’m ready to go upside her Head.
Please Help.. Ps I checked the net and its the same number..
The manger is most of the Problem. And she gets extremely Ghetto so i’m trying not to have a yelling match with her..
What ever your problems are can be taken care of thru the apartment manager.
If you are having a problem with the manager and can not get help thru the phone number listed. Go down to the recorders office and have the address with you and get the name of the owner of the property. Send the owner a letter with your problems. They will go away real fast. If you have repair problems then put those in writing keeping a copy of course. Before you contact the owner you need to work it out with the manger.
If you do not work it out with the manager it would be best to move.
